A newly-hired employee is introduced to a career with Mayors using a customized one-on-one learning program. All new retail employees enjoy a personalized introduction to their store, using a self-directed approach, which is closely supervised by a learning coach. Accountability for learning is a responsibility of the new employee with a learning coach always nearby to ensure that new learning experiences are understood and applicable. Through our newly launched learning management system, Connect, learning opportunities are available 24/7 for all team members.

Mayors University was founded in 1990. Originally designed with a focus on product knowledge and selling skills, over the years the curriculum has been expanded to include management skills, systems and technology training, leadership development and personal development. At Mayors, we take great pride in developing the total person to become a confident, knowledgeable, engaged team member who excels in creating brand loyalty to Mayors and the luxury brands that we represent. Recognition Program

The Mayors Elite Program was created to recognize and reward the excellence and outstanding results of our team members. Honoring the achievements of our team is a fundamental part of our high performance culture.

Our Program has five levels of recognition with different levels of sales achievement: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Sales professionals and management team members are recognized in each level for their sales revenue, superior client service and success in working with others in a partnership of respect and trust.

Award recipients are honored at special recognition ceremonies with senior management and receive unique awards created especially for them.
