TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
The Department of Leadership, Learning and Organizational Development was created to provide all employees at Mayors with the opportunity to grow and develop their knowledge and skills in ways that would support them professionally and personally. This department offers all employees the opportunity to advance their careers by offering formal leadership and management training programs, sales and service training, product training as well as technical skills-based training. Throughout the years, our Mayors University offer our employees a multitude of learning opportunities which are developed in-house as well as created in partnership with our vendor partners. Specific curriculum offerings include:

The Department of Leadership, Learning and Organizational Development also coordinates the Harvard Mentor Manager Program and PEAK (Product Education and Knowledge) – an on-line product knowledge training curriculum for all employees.
