A Mayors Store Manager works closely with and supports the Store Director in ensuring that a store is providing a luxury client experience by creating a professional and pleasant environment with all team members. The Store Manager will perform store opening and closing procedures, provide coverage on the sales floor and assist clients, coach, train and develop store staff. The Store Manager ensures that office and management are operating within company guidelines.

A Mayors Store Director is responsible for all store functions, with a primary focus on providing a luxury client experience by cultivating a professional and pleasant environment for all team members to work in, setting standards for each associate and working closely with others on the management team. A Store Director is responsible for creating a store environment where the entire team assumes accountability for achieving sales goals to support the store’s sales and profit objectives. A Store Director coaches, trains and develops staff while managing store operations, business development, client relations and promoting the store within the community.
